Online Soft-Skills Training

Welcome to Business Training Works Online. We are publishing the content from some of our onsite courses in an online format at a rate of about one every other month.

While they can be used worldwide, we designed the courses with North American norms and customs in mind. If you are one of our international participants, from time to time you may find that our approach is not compatible with your workplace. If that is the case, we would appreciate hearing from you. Our cross-cultural courses address many of these differences. 

Technology:

On a high-speed cable connection, the courses will load quickly. On DSL and dialup, you might find that you must hit your browser’s refresh button in order to advance the slides. 

All browsers are a little different. We have tested the courses successfully in Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Internet Explorer 8. On slower connections, even Explorer 8 had difficulty. However, the others worked with no issues.
