Business Training Works® developed this line of materials for use during onsite training.  Because the company strongly  believes in adjusting its content and focus to meet the needs of each of its clients, it never uses the materials twice in the same way.  Therefore, although the programs are comprehensive, they do not have instructor guides as our off-the-shelf training programs do.
